the sauce seeds

This has lost some of its previous taste and quality. I like that it is organic and contains no nasties but the quality/recipe needs to be worked on.

Got this as a replacement for my usual. ugh!

Have to echo other reviews here it's very mild and has none of the creamy coco-nutty richness you'd expect from a Korma. The fact that the main ingredient is listed a water and it contains <4% coconut is reflected in the taste.

lovely taste and easy to use

I would not recommend this as it is watery, sickly tasting and full of unnecessary ingredients. Thankfully my usual Meridian FreeFrom Korma Sauce is back in stock. far nicer than this one and enjoyed by everyone (even those without food intolerances)

The onion should be softening. Add the garlic and fennel to the pan and cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and cook the sausage, gently rolling and turning them until they’re brown on all sides.

Add the onion to the pan, stir well and continue to cook gently for 3-5 minutes.

Meanwhile boil a kettle of water to fill a large saucepan and cook the pasta according to the pack instructions.

Stir in the cream cheese and mustard until the sauce is smooth. Check that the sausage is cooked through and the Tenderstem ® broccoli is tender. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
